Airbrush operation

1. Firmly install the paint can, container assembly, and air hose on the spray gun.

2. The air pressure used varies depending on the viscosity of the coating and its nature, but generally use 0.25-0.4Mpa for spraying.

3. Spray distance 15-20 cm. If the spray distance is too close or too far, or if the spray gun is moved in an arc to spray paint, the thickness of the paint film will not be beautiful.

When you want to achieve the desired spray pattern, spray amount, and degree of atomization, adjust the spray pattern adjustment knob, air adjustment knob, and paint adjustment knob.

1.Spray pattern adjustment

A large spray pattern can be obtained when the spray pattern adjustment knob is turned counterclockwise.

2.Paint spray adjustment

The paint adjustment knob, when turned clockwise, can reduce the amount of paint spray, and when turned counterclockwise, can increase the amount of paint spray. If the paint adjustment knob is turned clockwise all the way, only air will be expelled.

3. Air volume adjustment.

Turn the air adjustment knob clockwise to lower the air volume and counterclockwise to adjust the air volume.
